Where do I find photos from my performance?
The images will be in a gallery under your Dance School/Company’s name. Click the button that says CLIENT LOGIN and it will take you to the galleries.
Click on your Dance School/Company to be taken to the login page to view/purchase digital files from your performance.

What is the payment method?
Once you are in the gallery and have chosen the images you wish to purchase, you will be directed to a checkout where you can pay by PayPal.

How long do the galleries remain active?
Each gallery is live for 3 months after which time all files are deleted. Requests to purchase images after this time will incur a search fee as listed in T&Cs.
Requests to retrieve orders not downloaded in this 3 month period will incur a search & upload fee.

How do I get the login code for my performance?
Dance Images sends a flyer to your Dance School/Company via email with the details you require to view your Gallery. This information is sent to your institution once the gallery is populated with the images.

Do you sell prints and digital files?
We sell digital files only via the gallery on this website.

Can I purchase digital files after 6 months?
All performance files are deleted from our system after 6 months and no longer available for purchase.

Do you offer packages?
We offer a tiered pricing system. You can view the price ranges when you click ‘Buy’ on any image. The amount will be automatically calculated as you add images to your cart.
Packages apply over $100 upon request.

Are the images edited?
All images that appear in the galleries have been individually edited. This process includes colour correction to accommodate stage lighting, sharpening and the removal of foreign objects where needed. This process does take time as each individual image is scrutinised to achieve the best possible outcome. Dance Images does not ‘batch process’ images. As such each image is an individual work of art.

What is the difference between High Resolution and Low Resolution Files?
High Resolution files enable you to print your image to varying sizes without loss of quality.
Low Resolution files are for use on Social Media or on electronic devices.

How do I access the gallery and place an order?
To access your Dance School/Company’s gallery, click on CLIENT LOGIN on the Dance Images website to be taken to a list of live galleries where you will find your Dance School/Company’s specific gallery.
When you click on the School/Company’s gallery image you will be prompted to enter the password supplied by Dance Images.
You will then be required to enter your email address to gain access to the photo galleries where you can begin to view all images relevant to your School/Company’s event.
From here you will be able to select images from your performance, add them to the cart and purchase the digital files.
To add images to your shopping cart click ‘Buy’ then click ‘Buy 1 Photo’. This puts the image into the cart and allows you to continue shopping and adding images to your cart.
Alternatively you can click the ♡ which favourites the images you like. You can then purchase images from within the favourited ‘♡’ section.
After you have made your selections, click on the cart to commence the checkout process.
Once payment has been made you will receive a confirmation email followed by an email with the link to ‘Download Images’.

How long will my ordered files remain online for me to download?
Your purchased files will be available to download until the closing date as per the flyer distributed from your School/Company. Orders not downloaded within the allocated timeframe will incur a search & upload fee.

Can I get a refund my order?
There are absolutely no refunds for incorrectly ordered files, therefore please make your selection carefully.
