Terms of Sale

Dance Images offers digital files for sale for personal use only.  Any digital files purchased from Dance Images Australia (I.J. & M.S. Kokrhelj) may not be published, manipulated, distributed, resold in any form (digital or printed reproductions on paper or canvas) or offered to any third party for commercial use.

All photographic images remain the property of Dance Images Australia (I.J. & M.S. Kokrhelj) and are protected by copyright laws worldwide.

Orders can be placed online via the galleries and login details supplied by your Dance Institution.

Each Dance School’s event will be available for viewing/purchasing for 3 months after which time the galleries will be removed.

Any orders requested after this timeframe will incur a search fee of $50.

Dance Images cannot guarantee images will be available after 6 months from the date of the performance.

Please check your order as Dance Images will not, under any circumstance, offer a refund or replace files incorrectly ordered.

Any requests to resend purchased files that have not been downloaded at the time of purchase, or misplaced once downloaded, will incur a search fee of $50.

Dance Images endeavours to capture each dancer during performances, this may not always be possible as these are candid photographs taken during performances - stage lighting, smoke and positioning of dancers on stage are out of our control.  Please note every effort is made to capture each performer in their best possible pose.

All files that appear in the galleries have been edited. Such editing includes colour and brightness, cropping the dancer to the centre of the frame, removing distracting objects from the stage floor, removing extra limbs of other performers where possible.

Any additional editing can be reviewed upon request at a fee of $85 p/hr.
